Returns

Any item that is damaged, worn, or altered may not be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is not due to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt for your records.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another different item, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
